We use collected information to provide and improve our greenhouse management services, including climate automation, disease prediction, and growth cycle optimization. Sensor data is processed by our AI models to generate actionable insights for your operation. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our machine learning models.
Data Retention
Sensor and operational data is retained according to your subscription plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting dpo@bloomgrid.io. Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Sensor data transmitted through our IoT gateway is encrypted using TLS 1.3.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BloomGrid platform, operated by BloomGrid Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA.
Service Description
BloomGrid provides an AI-powered greenhouse management platform that connects to sensor networks, automates climate control, predicts disease outbreaks, and optimizes growing cycles. The platform is provided “as is” and is intended to assist — not replace — professional agricultural judgment.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information about your greenhouse operation and ensure that connected sensors and actuators are properly maintained and calibrated.
Limitation of Liability
BloomGrid Inc. shall not be liable for crop losses, equipment damage, or other damages arising from reliance on automated climate adjustments, disease predictions, or growth recommendations. Users should maintain manual override capabilities and monitor automated systems regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
